Does an EICR include repairs?+
The EICR covers inspection, testing and reporting. Any repairs or remedial work are quoted separately so the scope and cost remain clear.
Will the power need to be turned off?+
Temporary isolation is normally required for parts of the inspection and testing. We will explain this before starting and minimise disruption where practical.
